The second meeting of the FCPF Carbon Fund Working Group took place March 13-14, 2013 in Washington, DC. The purpose of the meeting was to validate the approach being taken by the FCPF Facility Management Team and Technical Advisory Panel towards designing the Carbon Fund Methodological Framework. Among the most important of the decisions reached was the goal of approving a draft of the Methodological Framework in June.
