Elizabeth joined the Bank Information Center in 2016 to start up a program on the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). She is a human rights lawyer with significant experience working on business and human rights issues. Most recently, Elizabeth managed Freedom House’s global human rights program. Prior to her position at Freedom House, Elizabeth spent several years conducting research, advocacy, and litigation in Tbilisi, Georgia, to protect the rights of marginalized groups and advance reform on local business and human rights issues. She was also involved in establishing MSI Integrity, an NGO dedicated to examining and understanding the impact and value of voluntary initiatives that address business and human rights.
Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a holds a B.A. in Political Science, and minors in Business and English, from the University of Florida.
